AP reports Janklow told the South Dakota supreme court he's "sorry for what happened," and he wants his law license back so he can serve the public.
Sorry for "what happened"? Serve the public? How about serve a little more time instead?

PIERRE, S.D. - Former Rep. Bill Janklow, still on probation for a fatal car crash, said Friday he was sorry and asked the state Supreme Court to restore his law license.
