I just got off the plane from Spain where the rain falls mainly on the... oh never mind. It's a good job I tell ya. 2005 marks the latest round of improved middleweights. Honda, Triumph and Yamaha also have new bikes and Kawasaki isn't taking any chances. That's why they completely redesigned the new ZX-6R, blessing it with nine extra horsepower to help it fend off Triumph's new 650.

Yikes! It's like Deja Vu all over again. I'm smitten by this new crop of 600 Supersports. I mean, come-on! How do they keep improving these things? They're already lighter than elf farts and faster than Scottie's warp-drive powered Segway. What's next, built-in pea soup dispensers? Seriously, this new ZX-6R makes about the same HP as a CBR 900RR, weighs about 30 Lbs less, handles better, costs about the same, and comes in four flavorific colors! -Sean
