Damp conditions prevent improved timesCorser looking good. With occasional spots of rain falling on the track and low temperatures, it was not possible for any of the top riders to improve their times. Chris Walker (Clarion Suzuki) was fastest in the session with a time only fractionally slower than that set on Friday, with other British briders also coming close to their previous times. Most riders went out for a dozen laps and then decided to sit out the rest of the session. It will be left to Superpole to sort out the final positions on the grid.
The most interest in pitlane was generated by Ben Bostrom's latest and last creation for this year, a little suede and leather number that would go down well in Nashville. The stetson was the icing on the cake.
