Hayden in Mens Fitness magazine
The 2006 MotoGP Champion, Hayden is the subject of a two-page spread in the latest issue of the mens magazine. The article examines the physical demands of MotoGP racing and includes a description of Haydens physical workout from his personal trainer Aldon Baker.
Haydens weekly routine includes a daily dose of cardio, three strength-building workouts and yoga.
Fitness makes a big difference on the bike, Hayden tells Mens Fitness. Once you physically get a little tired, you mentally start making mistakes and thats when you get hurt. And when you fall off these bikes, it dont exactly tickle.
