EICMA 2010 Preview: Ducati

Ducati will unleash the Diavel in Milan

By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Oct. 25, 2010
Ducati will kick off EICMA with its press conference scheduled for Nov. 1, the day before the show officially opens to the press.

The Italian manufacturer unveiled the Multistrada 1200 at last year’s EICMA show, and it is looking to make another splash this year the premier of the Ducati Diavel. Ducati’s first entry to the muscle cruiser segment has been spotted on Italian roads for months but the Diavel will finally be revealed at the Milan show.

Ducati will also present the new 1198SP and the rest of its 2011 sportbike range which were unveiled earlier this month at the INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany, including the 848EVO (look for our upcoming review!). Ducati also presented new 2011 colors for its Monster lineup and the Streetfighter S at INTERMOT.

The Ducati Diavel will be officially introduced at EICMA, but what other surprises will the Italian manufacturer have in store?

But does that leave anything else for EICMA? Ducati says there will be some surprises in addition to the Diavel. We’ll have to wait and see what Ducati has up its sleeve.
