2011 Triumph Tiger 800 Photos Leaked

On- and off-road versions to debut at EICMA
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Oct. 21, 2010
Official photographs of the new Triumph adventure bikes have been leaked by a Hungarian website.

The 2011 Triumph Tiger 800 and its more off-road sibling the Tiger 800XC were to be officially unveiled at the 2010 EICMA show in Milan in November, but Hungarian website MotoInfo has published images of the two new models.

Official specifications wont be released until EICMA, but Triumph has previously announced the two mid-sized Tigers will use a new three-cylinder engine. The standard Tiger 800 is designed for the road while the off-road XC version adds a longer mud guard, hand guards and larger wire spoke wheels.

The Triumph Tiger family has grown by two with the addition of the Tiger 800 and its XC sibling.
The Triumph Tiger 800XC is better equipped for off-road riding excursions.
