Husqvarna has unveiled three 2011 motocross and enduro models, the TC250, TE250 and TE310, each receiving significant updates.

2011 Husqvarna TC250

Despite being introduced just last year, the TC250 receives a number of significant updates for 2011. Husqvarna has equipped the motocrosser with an updated engine with a new battery-less Mikuni fuel injection system. The cylinder head has been updated and Camshaft timing has been tweaked for easier starting. Husqvarna also added a new titanium Akrapovic exhaust system and a larger heat shield.

Husqvarna introduced the TC250 last year and is already offering several updates to the 2011 model.

The TC250’s frame has also been updated with a redesigned lower cradle. The footrest mounts have been updated to increase strength while being more streamlined. The steering head area has also been reinforced.

2011 Husqvarna TE250

The 2011 TE250 receives several chassis updates based upon feedback from the official CH Racing World Enduro Championship team. Like the TC250, the lower cradle has been streamlined to prevent knocks from riding on uneven surfaces. The Kayaba forks and Sachs rear shock have also been tweaked for endure racing.

The TE250 also receives several updates including a larger fuel tank.

Fuel tank capacity has increased to 8.5 liters (2.2 gallons) from 7 liters (1.8 gallons) for extended range. Husqvarna has also given the TE250 two new CDI map configurations to match different riding conditions.

2011 Husqvarna TE350

The TE310 has been completely revamped to make it more like the TE250. Husqvarna swapped out the old version’s 297.6cc engine for a bored out version of the TE250 engine with a higher displacement of 302.4cc. The fuel injection system has been updated to use same 45mm throttle body as the TE250, compared to the previous TE310’s 42mm throttle body.

The new TE310 is based on the TE250. Husqvarna says it weighs 11 pounds less than the 2010 TE310.

The updated chassis is based on the TE250’s, using the new frame, Kayaba 48mm front fork and Sachs rear suspension and the larger fuel tank. According to Husqvarna, the 2011 TC310 is also 11 pounds lighter than the 2010 model with a dry weight of 233.7 lb.
