Locations have been secured and dates have been set as the 2009 AMA Pro Road Racing Series schedule has been released.

AMA Pro Racing CEO Roger Edmonson officially unveiled the schedule Sept. 27 at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.

Were very pleased that every single promoter of a road race in 2008 has renewed their contract for 2009, says Edmonson. And were also hopeful to add two new facilities pending a visit and evaluation by the riders safety committee.

The two new facilities are Heartland Park Topeka in Topeka, Kans. and New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ. Each of those venues has an event scheduled for late in the season.
