Limited edition model priced at $68,000

As we expected earlier this week, Ducati kicked off its 2023 World Première series with a limited edition Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini model. This marks the second tie-in between the two Volkswagen Group brands, following the Diavel Lamborghini model in 2021.

Ducati will produce 630 units of the Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini in the Verde Citrea/Arancio Dac color scheme with matching Arancio Dac red brake calipers that matches one of the paint options for the Lamborghini Huracán STO. Another 63 “Speciale Clienti” models will be produced specifically for Lamborghini owners, with each Streetfighter getting paint colors to match their cars and a choice of caliper colors.

For those wondering, the number 63 stands for 1963, the year Lamborghini was founded, which makes 2023 its 60th anniversary. The number is heavily featured in the livery, as well as accompanying limited edition helmet, jacket and leathers.

Beyond the green and red color scheme, the Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini receives a number of styling touches influenced by the Huracán STO. The front fender, tank cover, belly pan, tail and intakes are new carbon fiber parts, borrowing styling elements from the STO.

The fender in particular was inspired by the integrated air vents in the “cofango,” the one-piece combination hood (“cofano” in Italian) and fender (“parafango“). The belly pan, featured in the teaser image released earlier, is styled after the rear brake cooling vents behind the doors on the Huracán STO, while the tank’s side covers have vents resembling the ones on the car’s fenders. The tail cover also makes reference to the Lamborghini’s hood.

Carbon fiber was also used for the headlight support, heat shielding, rear fender and subframe protectors. Finishing off the look is a new saddle designed to match the finish of the STO’s seats.

The forged wheels were also inspired by the Huracán STO, with the rear wheel featuring a single titanium locking nut.

Other changes include adjustable foot pegs, lighter billet aluminum brake and clutch levers from Rizoma, heel guards, seat pad, dashboard cover, ignition switch cover and a carbon fiber sprocket protector.

Mechanically, the Lamborghini-edition model is similar to the Streetfighter V4 S, but for the addition of a titanium Akrapovič silencer with carbon fiber end cap.

The limited edition Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini’s pricing starts at $68,000, or about 2.7 times the $25,495 ask for a Streetfighter V4 S.
