Default Motocross Strength

Hello guys,

My name is Jim Turnbo III and have been working with one of the pro factory teams with their strength and conditioning. One of the things I've noticed, which seems to be the same across the board, is every rider struggles with different aspects of strength. Some mental, others physical and even more suffer from a combination of both.

At the request of a pro motocross/supercross factory team (who I have to keep hush hush), I am getting the final details together for a strength program for amateur riders moving up the ranks.

I am offering this program free to everyone who tells me what their biggest struggles are with their strength & conditioning training. Both mental and physical.
