Matt, you neglected to mention the most important characteristic of this artistic masterpiece. It's superior road holding ability. The Vision is a shining example of road holding weight. At 900lbs it is the famed irresistible force.... pick a line and nothing can sway it.... gravel, sticks, old paint cans, baby carriages, broken down Knuckleheads... all fall to the wayside of this brobdingnagian juggernaut. The discerning Victory Vision rider can ride coast to coast in confidence that nothing will impede his journey. Not even the Rocky Mountains.

You haven't lived until you've seen one of these done up in full NASCAR regalia. The one I saw must have had 20 lbs. in stickers and decals.

I don't think you guys realize that Fonzie's ride was one of only 100 made. These bikes will someday grace the auction stage in Scottsdale, and some lucky owner will put his kids through college and retire on his profits.

At least that's what Klazy Ken told me.

And those are American pounds too, not those cheap-o Japanese or Italian ones.

You're darn right they are, why that's road-holding American steel in there made from good solid Canadian iron ore and forged right there in Bethlehem PA., not those melted down sardine cans them foriegn bikes are made of......you hit a crosswind in Kansas on this baby and it ain't even gonna feel it!

Man, you guys can be harsh! The Vision is among the lightest big-rid tourers thanks, in part, to its use of aluminum (not steel!) for its frame structure.

Just a quick check of the specs for big-rig tourers:

Victory Vision = 882 lbs. dry (from thier site)
Harley Ultra = 814 lbs. dry (from their site)
BMW 1200 LT = 860 lbs. wet (actual test)
Honda Wing = 881 lbs. wet (actual test)


I see that aluminum frame really kept the weight down on the Vision. Combine that with its stunning good looks and low, low price, and we have the most unbeatable deal in all of motorcycling! This is a 'gotta have' motorcycle if there ever was one!

You know you are in bizarro world when the Harley is the lightest bike.

So many wonderful choices in 800-900lb Tourers and also in 600-750lb "Sport" Tourers these days.

Mixing wet and dry weights is pointless. Here are wet weights.

Vision: 890 (from a competitor's test)
Ultra: 889 (OEM sourced)
Wing: 895-928 (OEM sourced)
