I find it amazing that an American makes a trip around the world and it's received as though he went to the moon and back. Are we really that isolated from the rest of the world?

Its not the same as flying to the moon and back but its better than just tootling around town. If its cake, you go do it then.

The guy went on a spiritual quest on a single cyclinder bike thru central and south america, africa, europe, the middle east, asia and canada.90,000 miles.Yep I,d say that,s the motorcyclist,s equivalent of going to the moon and back..alive...Give the man his props .please.

true, but rembember the 650 was initially designed (and built) for BMW by Aprilia using a rotax engine and only badged as a BMW.
