![]() That isn't an excuse or even a good reason. The bottom line is that we are apathetic, and that we aren't progessive.
With a population 10 times larger than us down south, the US is clearly showing us the problem areas. Why are we experiencing the same problems? |

![]() Don't be surprised. As far as I can tell Canada is very good at doing nothing. Especially the politicians; except lining there own pockets or bribing us with our own money.
I don't know if other cities are like Ottawa, but holy smokes, I've never seen so much BS in my life. As the Nation's capital you'd think there would be an effort to set a good example. |

![]() Take two Asprins and call us in the morning.....
If you expect politicians to make sense, or even look out the window at what the rest of us see your mad. Least you guys have good beer eh? The Guinness I drink is made in New Brunswick, and the Sardines I live off come from Canada, Can't be all bad if you have beer and fishies |

![]() You guys have a couple things going for ya. Micheal Moore loves Canada better than the US, and all our movie stars are all going to move there real soon. Now if we could just get them to go............

![]() Your best rebuttal would be to move there. Anything less is just blowing smoke out your ass. Move there now and get the jump on the rest of us.

![]() Thanks for the compliments, and I think you're right on the points you list, but... We pay through the nose for it. And the accountability is non-existant.
It's difficult for people outside of Canada to see the inner crap, but believe me it is there. Canada has a lot of potential, it's just under utilized. I don't know about owning the rest of the US, but I'd settle for the Virgin Islands, California, and Star Bucks. Maybe New York. Actually, I know a few people that won't buy goods from Walmart or Home Depot because they are American. Sort of ironic considering we have Quebec. American companies are everywhere in Canada. Hell we don't even have our own car company. What's a revolution between drinking buddies anyways? |
