Re: I hate to be a sexist, but...
Huh? Seruzawa was agreeing with you, but apparently you got yourself so worked up in a hissy fit you went blind.

No one is saying there aren't a ton of lame men in the world. And no one was explaining anything to you in particular. You either read and consider the point of view or you don't accept it. That's fine.

I also have no idea what you're talking about when you say when something "looks" wrong, it is wrong. What? What the hell does that mean? Are we living in some sort of totalitarian regime? Are we not allowed to examine issues because people like you decide what's off limits to discussion?

You also might note that in my original post, I stressed that my work observances of the fairer sex were mine alone. You should also know that whatever behavior I referenced usually had absolutely nothing to do with me. As I said, it was usually directed towards other women. In fact, I've worked directly or indirectly for three women. Two were wonderful, one was a total jerk. So I'd say I did okay on the deal.

I'm just noting that I've seen more women do and say things at work that, IMO, are questionable--usually corroborated by other women. It doesn't mean I haven't seen a lot of men do similar things.

I think if you ask enough women, you'll find that many would agree with much of what I've said.

Then again, Kpaul is agreeing with me, so I might have to change my position entirely.

MANY of the people that post here aren't being "Straight" ALL the time. It takes awhile to figure out "what is what" and for me that is part of the fun.

I can't blame fastoldman. I can't figure out half of my own posts either. Probably some lingering shellshock.

Thank you, Dale. While I was making a somewhat scandalous accusation, I also had my tongue partially planted in my cheek.

That's what I said! Your comment was terribly funny. And now I'm positive that it was funny, because you told me so.

Wood, I imagine, is a regular part of your limited vocabulary, so you get no credit.

See right there, you're a regular riot! HI-FIVE MR FUNTIME!

He was right about one thing. I've done lots of acid, and it all makes perfect sense. VWW

I sure as hell wouldn't want to go up against Tonya Harding!
