Apple Fritter! Man, that sounds great for a rainy day with a nice cup of coffee.

Could you imagine what sarnali would look like if he ate apple fritters each time it rained?

What exact part do you need? I would look in bike junkyards, if you have any nearby. Next place to look is, of course, ebay, but YMMV, and the parts you get are used and suspect to begin with.

Failing that, I'll bet most parts are available from Honda (via Bike Bandit or Service Honda), they're just going to cost big bucks.

FWIW, I checked Bike bandit. The CDI box is no longer available, but it WAS cheap at $95. The coil is still available at $62.

If it's the stator windings, look for a guy called "Ricky Stator", either on the interweb or in the back of Cycle News. He can either rewind or get a reasonable replacement. Auto electrical shops can rewind, too.

ood Luck KOOK!

You've got your answer: Honda, any online parts service, ebay, craigslist or junkyards. You could simply be shyt out of luck. Those are the only places. You may even have to buy an entire used motorcycle. I had to buy an entire engine for my '80 DR400 to get a head/camshaft assembly. S/times there are few options.
