Re: agree to disagree
If you really think a new Fat Boy shakes badly, or leaks oil, go right ahead with all the other morons who have never owned or ridden one.

Re: Scowl
Ooooooooo, good one. I'm sure Buzglyd is so jealous that you're able to pass him on a public road while riding a bike with 50 more hp. That's talent to be envied.

Re: plan of action
So we're supposed to leave because we don't agree with what some people say. You don't agree with everyone. That means you should leave too.

Re: Scowl
I won't sleep at night anymore. The amazing thing is that not only do these squids argue that Japanese sportbikes are faster than Harleys (duh), it actually seems like they take credit for it by virtue of owning one-as if they had something to do with the product planning and engineering.

Re: You Rang???
The great Northwest and the Mid Atlantic area must be two very different worlds. Here, many more women are on Harleys than ever before and in this area(near washington D.C.--a predominately black city and Prince georges County Md----the most prosperous predominatyely black county in the USA)there are many black HD riders. Also, when I was in LA there appeared to be an active Latino Harley scene. So I think,it is anincorrect generalization(maybe correct in your area)to assume that HD is not making inroads into these demographic areas. I agree with your statement that Hd needs to develop these markets but I reject your hypothesis that Harley is not making progress.

Re: V-Roh-hoh-hod
I agree.......I wont buy another HD until they come up with a VRod engined dresser.,,And Im the 51 year old ,been riding HDs for 30 plus year guy everyone says doesnt want change.I owned 2 Pans and a shovel(not to mention a sportster and a flathead) before owning two evos and let me tell you from experience---change is good!
