Default Re: Daytona 200 to be Opening Round of Formula Xtreme

I am extremely dissapointed in this move made by the AMA. There is a distinct problem with the Superbike class, it's Mat Mladin. I'm not knocking the guy, but he obviously in a class by himself in AMA Superbike. His domination has put the title out of reach of anybody else and made the race season somewhat of an afterthought. He has already stated on numerous occasions that he is happy racing in America and has no plans to move on.

Now, why doesn't the AMA make the Superstock class the premier event? Those new 1000cc bikes are all fast as hell and the pinnacle of the Japanese manufacturer's development of street-legal superbikes. Just an idea.

Stop refering to yourself in 3rd person you freak!

As for the Brickyard... Its the only thing with enough clout to challenge Daytona as the premier bike race in the country.

I see quite an opportunity here... if someone has the cojones to step up.
