Granted I bought my scooter sym from this dealer a long time ago and was having the bike delivered. Kevin, the guy who works/worked there dropped the bike I just bought. Chrome heat shield and the fairing plus the brake on the right side was scratched. I just dropped over 4k on the bike. They changed ... everything minus the fairing. However, the heat shield wasn't the same chrome look to whch I have purchased originally. Generic shield. They were supposed to call me when parts came in for the shield and fairing, which I mentioned to the guy on the phone but they never called me back or left a message.
