I am a customer that has purchased approximately $30,000 worth of watercraft from you all in the last year.
2 brand new sea doo & 1 Kawasaki Mule.
I'm 70 miles away from location. I brought See Doos in to have serviced, Serviced them and charged around $500.00, and ... told me I needed to run 1 tank of gas and they would probably straighten out. This did not take care of the problem. So I drove back 70 miles to be re-worked on, and they would not even let me leave them because I did not have appointment, drove back home 70 miles...then made appointment 70 miles back to Charleston, service manager David, they worked on them again, said they cleaned sensor. Paid them $100. Put it in the water, same problem...will not run of 20mph. I have called back and been on hold and no one will pick up in the service department. I know that I am just a paper cut to you people, put if you get enough paper cuts, you could bleed to death.
