One if the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sales staff sucks and are least interested to sell.
I wanted to buy ducati super bike and asked for a test drive. The sales guy was supposed to confirm the availability of bike. I called up to follow up his colleague talked ... big and promised to come back with a date but it never happened. Called again to follow up and got an answer that they can't get the bike ready within one week. Called supervisor and his deputy answered saying he will pass on my message to the sales manager and offered no apologies or follow up.
I guess they are either treated like slaves or they are not paid well to sell. Whatever the reason, as a previous ducati owner they certainly are not qualified to be a dealer ( especially for Ducati)!
I am going to buy the bike soon from a nearby dealer. Loss is theirs, not mine!!!
