To whom it may concern,
I like the brands you sell, Polaris and Triumph, you have a good selection of parts and accessories. However I was in yesterday to buy brake pads and get a chain shortened, but left with only the brakes (which I was soaked for $44). Scott one of the individuals that I spoke to (the gal that helped was pleasant) refused to help me shorten the chain even though I told him I just wanted to put it on to move the machine from one building to another. I asked about a new chain but was told it was $87 and would need to be ordered. I didn't order the chain but I did purchase the pads. After returning to the office I found pads ($8 shipped) and a chain ($24.98 shipped) for my wheeler. When I went back to return the pads I had purchased, I was asked if I didn't need them ( like the brakes magically grew pads!) and I said "no, I found them for $8 online". After I said this Scott became very smug, and incredibly rude, telling me that I bought poor quality parts and when the chain breaks my wheeler "won’t be worth the gas you put in it" and "if you have any problems with it good luck bringing it back" (while smirking).

I would really like to know why the prices Sport Rider is charging for these pads and chain are 5 and 3 times better? Warranty, material, tolerances, none of these were mentioned, at all.

To be honest, this was a very disappointing experience because of Scott who obviously needs additional customer service training . Because of this experience I’m afraid I will not be looking at sport rider when I upgrade to a UTV in the near future.
