I was a customer of this dealer, and I stress was. He botched a cam replacement on a 2003 EV Touring by gouging the alternator spacer resulting in oil dripping everywhere. Two tries later he gave up and tried to put a mechanic's lien on the bike since he had it for 9, yes 9 months. I finally had ... to take it to Westmoreland Cycle and pay for the fix. Of course Moto Guzzi would not pay for the fix.
This guy has absolutely no knowledge of how internal combustion engines and their peripheral systems work.
