I bought a new motorcycle AND ATV from them this past week, and I have to say that I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and no where have I had a better experience.
i was working with 3 dealerships, but they were the only store that had both brands I wanted, so I asked them for prices ... on both and their price was the best on both, and then they threw in delivery to my house. (I live 45 minutes away!) so it saved me quite a bit of hassle.
i also met their Service folks before I left and after 2 minutes of speaking with their manager, I will definitely be bringing my stuff to them.
Someone is trying to smear these guys- probably a disgruntled former employee or something. Don’t believe the negative reviews- these folks are good people!

Sales was decent, but getting warranty or service support after the purchase has been nearly impossible. It was far easier to take it to another dealer, which I dont like to do as they didnt sell me the bike.
I'll never do business with them again.

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been too. The trade in inspection creep/child doesn’t know his ass from his elbow. Made up things wrong with my bike that aren’t. Just had an inspection sticker put on it by a reputable dealership. I know exactly what my bike is worth. The incompetency of this ... individual was quite humorous, because I know a lot more about the my bike than this child thought. I know exactly what’s wrong with it. I’ve been around bikes all my life. This child working there should be fired for lying, or for dinking first thing in the morning. I kept smelling alcohol on one of them. He offered me 1300 bucks for my bike! Can someone say rip off. This is my bike I drove too them and it has a new inspection sticker. I drove it 80 miles too bring it too them and it was 42 degrees

After reading more of the comments im sure that you have the wrong store as we have NO used dirt bikes in our showroom...NOT EVEN ONE>>>>>> and ONE used ktm for sale outside for 2,000. There is another dealer down the road from us with the same Rochester but is powersports NOT motorsports.

In response to these two post regarding our store. First we are closed on Mondays as our hours of operation are on our web site and second WE would never offer 200.00 on a one year old unit. we use NADA values on everything. Went their to buy a ATV..found the one I wanted. I was trading a dirt bike that was my brothers..It only had 68 miles on it and was a year old when he passed away..He paid $5.000 for it at Rochester motor sport. The salesman on the phone said bring it in we'll take care of you..Well they were going ... to give me $200.00 trade in towards a ATV..I looked at the used dirt bikes that were beat to crap on the show room floor and they were going for $4.000..He said after all its a year old...The bike didn't have a scratch or dent and the tires still had the knobs on them..then he pushed a $8.000 atv at me..I walked out and went to Portsmouth Honda and did very well their..

I found the number online, and called. No answer. I called information, to confirm the number. Same number. Tried again. No answer.
So, what am I to think about a place that, on Monday morning, doesn't answer the phone?
They suddenly went out of business?
... If this is an anomaly, somebody dropped the ball.
If this is business as usual, poor system..
