I dealt with Bo. I have a 2002 sportsman 500 freedom edition with 60 hours. He said it would take about 1.5 weeks for the tune up, oil change, and service. They were done in a week. There was a slow leak in the back left tire which they fixed for no charge. There were a few of the plugs or end caps ... that go in the ends of the push bars missing. When I picked it up, they had replaced them at no charge. I also had the upper rear cv joint boots replaced. I will definitely go back in the future.
