Mr. Crawford , you have made repeated claims that your unit is " not right" without being specific. But to date after multiple requests from John you have not brought the machine back for us to inspect and / or diagnose . If there is an issue we will give you priority scheduling as I discussed with ... you over the phone , text and email. You have a full warranty for any issues, Wont cost you a dime. Again I am unable to help you if you do not bring the unit to us. We are open six days a week for your convenience. Again , you have my full staff here waiting to help . -John

I bought a Wildcat from them ,, I would not sent anyone back there for sure ,,John gets you money ,and that all folks ,, lip service ,, not a good dealer at all ,, was a horrible experience ,, no thanks ,, Go to ride now ,,or drive to another Artic Cat dealer ,,worth the drive to find one that is ... fair and stands behind his products .
