Don't try to make an appointment for anything. I have been down repeatedly for appointments and had to return home without service. They could just say I don't know when we can get to it instead of me re-arranging my schedule for them not to take care of me when I get there. What a waste of my life. I will do my own service since no other choices are down here.
I would prefer dealer service but, I can't stand others wasting my time. Just say I don't know when we can get to it. You will have to leave it here. We don't make appointments for service.
