it took 2 weeks to diagnose the problem, even after that it changed. Then they gave a complete list for cost yet 2 days later they called to say they forgot $250 worth of parts which is very upsetting for a place that is suppose to be the authorize dealer for rhinos, which most people would assume ... they would be the most knowledgeable of their own models. They emptied a full tanks of gas for the repairs and did not refill it! (which is stealing!!!) YES, they returned my rhino empty!!! I'm so unhappy with the service, the time it took, (which was nearly 6 weeks!!!), and they are so overpriced for labor $95/hr for a bunch of mechanics who don't know their models or how to fix them! Why did I stay with them, you ask? I already had to pay them for diagnosing the vehicle but mainly to keep my warranty from Yamaha since they are authorized dealers.
