Absolute terrible customer service! We've bought 4 atvs from this place...because they're a local business. Anytime we've needed service or products they have never been true to their word. Not once has service been completed on time. Not once has any product that we've ordered been provided when ... they promised. I understand there are sometimes delays when ordering products but this has been every single time! I'll call when they tell me the product should arrive and "it'll be here tomorrow, we will give you a call". I don't hear anything for the next 2 days so I call them back. The response I get is "I'm sure it's here, I'll get Scott to call you back in just a minute. 5 1/2 hours later I still haven't heard from anyone. I call them again..."yes ma'am, the guy you spoke with earlier his eye swoll up and he had to fly out of here but your tire is not here. It might be here tomorrow. We will give you a call". Anytime service has been requested it's never been completed on time. Not a few hours late, not a few days late, I'm talking 3 weeks late! "Yeah, the guy that's working on your 4 wheeler, his wife had to work so he had to stay home with his kid". REALLY??? I would probably go to jail if I acted on my frustrations with place! Soooo...if you want to do business with this place this is what you should expect. You might want to consider a further drive before just shopping local.
