On 8/13/2016 I removed Front and back tires from 2005 Suzuki, I need new tires installed (I already had the new tires) first stop, RP racing on Broadway cost $15.00 each tire (but wouldn't be ready until Monday 8/15?) Ok I'll check this brand new Motorcycle store Vey's on 2nd street El Cajon, first ... off they charge twice as much? then I'm told that they would spin balance each tire for a charge, I go ahead with install (I'm told its going to be 2hrs not guaranteed could be longer, just to remove and install 2 tires remember I have already removed the tires from the bike?) I get a call 2 1/2hrs later there done. Now, here's what really pissed me off. I'm checking my bill and they have a charge $2.00 (I know 2 bucks is not a lot) for the balancing weights? I asked the counter guy how can you charge for the weights when you have to use weights to balance a tire? He said "Oh everyone does it" that is flat out NOT true. I then ask, can you balance a tire without weights? NO. Then balancing a tire includes weights.Right? NO. Vey's you're employees have the worst customer service skills I have every witnessed (I been in the customer service industry for over 20yrs) here is what I'm going to be doing within the next 6mths I'll be purchasing a new bike, your employees are so inept that they would rather argue over TWO DOLLARS and make your customer's feel inadequate and patronizing. Vey's will NOT be considered for my next bike purchase, furthermore I'm going to let everyone face to face as well as social media know that Vey's would rather insult there customers intelligence for $2.00, and to beware, from what I'm reading this is nothing new.
