Take my 2014 900 crew in power steering whent out, come to get it they try to charge me 205$ to fix it under warrenty !! . crappy attitude ,cannot get any to help you in the store!! They don't deal they are so use to people with lots of money that they dont even try to deal, they give you ... a price take it or leave it!!

My Polaris Ranger was in for a fixing after my son flipped it out at the farm, so I sent it to Vallely's for a tune up. Parts were reasonable and the service date was the soonest I could find around the state considering I checked around before I sent my Ranger in. I read a few other reviews on this ... website for this store and a few others, and most the reviews are pure negativity and unreliable, so when I went to Minot on my way through town, I decided to stop by with my Ranger. After being there for about 20 minutes I had everything discussed and what might needed to be fixed. They called me back a few days later and we went over the parts, and it was fixed within about a week and a half. I bought out of state since I just moved here from Oklahoma and I was impressed with the service despite the two other negative reviews I saw. They've been in business for 45 years, and they know what they're doing.

Their customer service is excellent considering the amount of people they deal with. Most the people upset, such as the person with Arctic Cat, have brands they don't sell and they most likely bought out of state. They still service those people, but their customers come first in most cases.

Terrible Terrible customer service
I took my 2 Artic Cat ATV's for servicing, service person seemed very uninterested, when I told him I was referred he became interested. Brought in my ATV's in and left for service, several days later I received a call they were done.
I arrived ... for pick up on Saturday, the Manager was not there & could not be reached, one of ATV's had missing seat. Manager for Vallely helped me search & could not find it & of course had no explanation since it wasn't his department. I paid for the serving (very over priced) & received a call by the ATV Manager the following Monday & Manager was insistent the seat was not on ATV when I delivered ATV's for service.
When confront he was being untruthful about the seat & in fact he was there when ATV's were delivered he quietly replaced seat & offered no explanation or apology.
Very Poor Service, very poor follow up, calls not returned, over priced. I do not recommend their services.

Terrible customer service. I've had nothing but problems with my polaris ranger. Nobody seems to know anything and everyone gives you the "run around". I will never buy any thing from them again!

Only dealer in the area. Once the sale is done, you don't matter. Worst customer service ever. Shouldn't be representing Lund Boats. Save yourself some trouble and go to Bismarck and buy a Ranger.

Horrible customer service they don't know the value of a customer. The only reason they do well is they are the only full dealer for miles.
