This place is a joke. I didn't get enough bad service when I purchased the first bike. So I purchased another, and they still suck. I am surprised any of the people that work there can find their way to work every day. Mike in the service department told me I need to bring my new shaft drive bike ... in at 500 miles to have the chain adjusted. I just looked at him and shook my head. Same yourself and stay away from these idiots

1st service for 130.00 the manual requires a valve adjustment, I called and the service adviser said we do this for the first service, all that was done was a very expensive oil change, nothing else.
Then I came in to have the OEM tires taken off the OEM wheels and replaced with new wheels ... I purchased. Picked them up and was charged 90.00 instead of the 60.00 phone quote to have it done and your guy told me I did not tell him in detail what needed to be done, nothing like lying to me because I called around and got several estimates and all of them were the same until I came to pick them up. well I did tell him in detail and the guy whom I spoke too helped me unload everything and I went over it again. Glad to see he disappeared when I came in to pick everything up.
Got my wheels back and the tire lubricant for mounting purposes was all over my new wheels which took an hour to clean off, the old wheels were put in the new wheel boxes and the valves were just thrown in with the caps. You could have at least reinstalled them for that price and wiped the excess soapy water off of my expensive new wheels.
I consider this poor/sloppy workmanship and wasn't happy at all with the detail to work or the new price after the work was completed.
