I do NOT recommend coming here for service. I bought a bike from here in June. Everything is fine until someone tried to steal my bike and damages it. I take it to Jones Honda and ask them to replace my ignition and check the bike for any other issues since I can't get the key inside to start the ... bike. They jammed something into the ignition to get the key to fit in and it works. They tell me there's nothing wrong with bike and I can come get it 2 different times. I keep telling them I still want the ignition replaced since it is clearly very damaged even though it started the bike. They don't order the parts for a couple weeks. I go in person to try and get them to order the parts. He quoted around $90 for the part. I gave $50 deposit. They keep my bike for almost a month with no communication. I get ahold of them, and they tell me it's on backorder. I take my bike home and wait for a call when the parts in. I come in to get the part and they charged me $180 on top of the $50 I already gave them. Chain lube + $90 part = $230. The service guy I dealt with is INCREDIBLY incompetent and lazy. I'm tired of dealing with this place. It's not hard to "please replace my ignition and check the rest of the bike." Over 3 months and $230 dollars later, I have my $90 part that I'm installing myself.
