Walked in, walked around. Waited! Waited.... Waited. Still no service. They sat around, as if on break, ignoring the customers. Waited a bit more & finally decided to walk out. Never had this happen before. Usually the sales representative wants a sale. So after a waste of time, walk out upset. ... Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to have a bad day.

I have been a long time customer. This service department is great. The amount of machines and the supports of their service staff is second to none.

we have been waiting for the repair of two of our sea doo water crafts for re-repair for over a week. They said they would get it done as soon as possible. Then to find out a week later the mechanic was on vaction for the week. talk about bad service and flat out liars. we arew going to find a new ... repair place for now on we only spend about 30,000 a year there no big deal to them i guess.

the mechanics do bad work. I have had to bring my toy back for re-repairs.That means that they did it wrong the first time told me it was done I went down picked it up took it home or to the dunes tried to ride only to discover that it is still broken,no fun.Took it back for the re-repair. Too much ... time transporting back and forth for bad service
