I live over an hour and 15 minutes away, after calling the parts department 6 times over a 2 hour period i finally got to talk to someone is service.
Everytime i called i was informed service was with someone, and noboady as able to answer my call, I left my number so they couold call me ... back when they were free, yet after and hour and 30 minutes NOBODT returned my call.
I finally got thru only to find out that they do stock the sparl plugs for my motorcycel 9 my bike is a1997) so it is not that old. but the coil I needed would take 3-4 days to get in.
If there was somewhere else to get parts for my BMW...TRUST my Champion would never see one cent from me.
I have owne my own motorycle shop before, ( i had it for almost 9 years) and I am realy thinking about opening it back up and stock BMW parts, so BMW riders have a place to go, and a SERVICE Department that cares, and knows how to answer a call.
Trust me If i run that service department it would only take me about a week to get it up and runniong like it should be..... and not someplace to hang around at.
