I made a purchase here, and I knew better, just by the attitude there, and I have been around enough to know that this was one of those places where, as soon as I left the parking lot, I was on my own, I was right, but I wanted to get out of that parking lot as fast as I could anyway, I have never been told so many lies, in such a short time in my entire life, I would recommend this place to only my sworn enemies.

After being given a verbal estimate on trading in my motorcycle for a new snowmobile the trade in value of my bike suddenly dropped over $1000 only after I loaded my bike on a trailer and drove to the dealer to finalize the transaction. Huge waste of time and fell for the salesmans pitch.

I cannot think of another place I have ever shopped and been more completely disgusted by the absolutely worst service/sales/customer communications and customer care than C&C Sports. I bought two snowmobiles from them (see my other review) and I bought a two up trailer to haul them. After being told the sleds had been loaded on the trailer and it was ready for pick up, I went to get them. When I arrived I found a mechanic out in the freezing cold trying to rewire it because the lights were not all working. Shouldn’t the lights have been checked before calling me? Should they have called and told me not to come? Anyway, I left, waited a week and never heard from them, I called the service manager who told me he would take care of it.
I waited another 1 and 1/2 weeks and still never heard from them. So I called them again. They told me it was ready to be picked up now, and they fixed all the lights that were needed to be legal. WRONG! They only fixed the turn signals and side lights. The license plate lamp, rear and front running lights STILL were not working. Disgusted, and not wanting to waste any more time with these yahoos, (it was obvious they weren’t interested in fixing anything) I drove the trailer home anyway.
It cost me $36 for running lights and another $8 for a license plate lamp. Oh and upon closer inspection, 3 of the lugs nuts have been replaced with lag bolts on the left lug. (I guess that one is my stupidity for not looking) however, I would have expected some sort of honest behavior from a dealer.
DO NOT trust these guys, you can find much better service, honesty and integrity anywhere else.

Worst sales and service department ever! Bought two used snowmobiles from them at the same time. I was told that they had both been thoroughly checked out and were trail ready. I drove them off the lot 160 miles north. Took them off the trailer, one sled started okay but had no headlamp or tail lamp. The other sled started, but quit after 1 minute and would not re-start. Took both sleds to another shop. The head lamp and tail lamp both needed new bulbs. On the second sled, big surprise, it was an electric start. C&C sports didn’t even know it was an electric start. They told me both sleds were pull start! Anyway, it needed a new battery and the track was loose. Now, do I really think they even looked at these sleds before they sold them to me? No, not AT ALL!

I wonder if the previous reviews are factual. I have done business with this dealer for years and have never had anything but a great experience. The salesmans name I deal with is Jason Adler and he is more than helpful. He even gave me a $50 gift card for every friend I sent his way. I will continue to do business there and you should check them out. They are at the top 5% of dealers in Michigan. Hope this helps...

I have purchased 4 Skidoo and Can Am vehicles from C & C. Once you buy they do not care about you. Parts Dept only wants to jam you at list plus price. I would suggest going elsewhere for your vehicle.
