I had been searching for hard bags and LED lights for my 2002 HD Fatboy. Magically I found www.bodypartsusa.com to fulfill my order. I was really excited about my order and was anxiously awaiting their arrival.
After two days, I received an email from a gentleman by the name of Frank ... who informed me that the online billing system failed to charge me for the LED lights. I informed Frank that my intention was to pay the amount that I was billed. He insisted that I send the money if I wanted my hardware. After going back and forth, Frank insisted that I get a refund. I could not believe how unprofessional he was with handing my order. Again, I really wanted my order and an upgrade to my bike. If I were you, I would reconsider ordering anything from this company because they lack integrity.
I guess I will order from another company I just found...they customer service is extraordinary!

These are NOT "custom" VTX bags and fender like they are listed on their website. It's Harley crap and they slapped a VTX label on the box.
These bags and fender don't fit well on the VTX. Spend the extra money and get a more "finished and refined" product. I was fine with the extra ... mock up and prep work, but once I installed the fender so I had an appropriate gap between the fender and the seat..the fender was about 3 inches too short in relation to where the bags sat nicely on the VTX. I am currently in the process laying fiberglass to extend the fender down further.
And speaking of fiberglass, the bags and fender are flimsy and the fit and finish is terrible. I highly doubt I will ever get the lids to fully seal.
After spending over $800, I couldn't be any less happy with this product at all.
