This is inregards to the Service Area, not the sales department. I would not recommend taking a bike there for service. They did not test drive the bike after it was serviced. We drove 25+ miles one way to pick up the bike. When the rider got on the bike, the handle bars fell down. I had already ... left Bayside and had to return to pick up the rider. No one could assist us or apolyogize or make amends for what had happen. If the rider got on the Interstate when and the bike was unsafe, what would have happened! We are long time customers and have spent thousands of dollars there and I could not believe how indifferent the staff were to us.
