Called and talked to Rachel (sales lady) to see what they had available in a Polaris Ranger 1000 with cab.
Was told she would check and call me back. Never called. I visited the dealer the next day an voiced my disappointment that she never returned my call and she told me that she didn't return most calls because she was just to busy. I asked several questions about the Ranger and was told they were new and she had very little knowledge of them. After a short and uninformed visit I was told she would get with the sales manager and get more info and a price for me and then give me a call. Needless to say she never returned my call. BIG RED FLAG. Evidently they don't need my business. Don't buy from a place with this bad of customer service.

I visted the dealer today. Looked at inventory on the outside for about 15 min and no salesman. Went into the dealership and walked around the entire floor and no salesman. I walked back outside and looked over inventory again, no salesman. So, i walked back inside and no salesman. This place is not for me, and I did warn the customer walking in the door, and as i was leaving he was walking out to leave as well. Did i mention there was only one poor guy/customer standing in the showroom waiting for someone to wait on him. When you have an option to buy over the internet at comparable prices, who needs them.

I done a lot of research and decided to purchase a Ranger 500 I walked in and ask them to put me one together loaded it and left .. No need for a sales team, or any input from the sales team. Then I went back for my first service that's when I found out that this dealer leaves a lot to be desired. I asked the service team to service my ranger and install stick stoppers, after telling me they would take care of everything I called back in a week and the stick stoppers were not in. After two weeks, I told them I needed the ranger and they said ok but let them change the oil (after two weeks they had not touched it) when I went to pick it up they charged me for the stick stoppers and said they would call me when they came in after a full MONTH I called and told them to refund me for the stick stoppers and I can order and install them myself.

Excellent Showroom and product, for what they carry. I've spoken to many riders who all agree that the sales staff is unsatisfactory. I made two full laps around the showroom, and every salesman was sitting in front of the desk the entire time. NONE of the staff ever asked if I would like assistance, and when I finally approached one to ask a question, they seemed bothered and inconvenienced! I'm not surprised that this establishment has such a poor reputation.
