    My experience at Apex was not very pleasant, I called to have my GOLDWING looked at and they were very nice on the phone so I decided to set up a service appointment.. after arriving I proceeded to the counter where a counter guy wrote up a order form ...he asked me what needed done and I told him ...

    For a Honda service rep you would of thought he would have asked about the mileage and then proceed to tell me what should be looked at depending on mileage. The guy wrote up the work order for sensor and oil change and told me about a week..so I gave it a week and called back to see what the status was... the response blew me away...I was told he had no idea how long it would be and that he only employs one mechanic full time plus 2 part time mechanics and that I was told it would be a lot longer than a week, the guy was plain out nasty!!

    I was in total disbelief that APEX would employ a person in customer service that thinks they don't need business... I was under the impression that they were there to satisfy customers not run them off ...a simple it will be a few more days would of been a proper response!

    When I went back for my bike..(not serviced) I spoke with Matt and told him that I didn't need Apex's business... they need mine..and word of mouth spreads throughout this small area... so I suggest anyone who is looking for good service to shop around because this place isn't customer friendly!!

    I walked in ready to buy a brand new quad didnt even get acknowledged walked out and went to another dealership and dropped 8 grand on a new quad. Poor customer service lost them a big sale.

    My wife & I have spent over 30,000 dollars at Apex In the last 5 years.... We love are TOY'S.... My last visit was on 11/12/2013, the costumer service at Apex is truly the worst in the business. Apex just don't get it...... it's not about the sale to me.... It's about the service after the sale. ...

    Bought my 900 Vulcan there, their follow up stunk. The staff acted like they are thinking about better ways to make money. I haven't been back since I purchased the bike nor am I likely too, even though they virtually have a lock on the local market.

    I went in after 2 stroke oil. Not knowing a lot about the types of oil, I hoped to get some education. I seemed to be a bother. They were very short and acted annoyed. I spent over $100.00 on 2 stroke oil. I will find somewhere else to buy from now on.
