I have bought 2- 4 wheelers, a motorcycle,,and a slingshot, and a seadoo water craft, and a seadoo 18' 230 switch, from Jones, the sales department is good, but now the service department is something else I put my switch pontoon boat in service department for repairs it's been going on 2 months ... my boat still sets out thier lot, it needed a wear ring what they told me, three weeks later they called and said it needed more parts , then they put me back at the end of the line. seems to me if you expanded all the othe parts of business, so should the service department be expanded to handle the long long wait to get your product out , very disappointed.
