This 2013 Yamaha VMAX was purchased brand new off the floor in 2012, from Harding Power sports in Canton, OH and enclosed trailer-ed back home. It has only had (1) original owner and has always been garage kept. This bike has only 2,940 and every mile was adult ridden, so no abuse.
Since break in service at the dealership, the bike has had the following services:
General Service
*Engine oil changed to synthetic.
*Rear gear lube has been changed to synthetic.
*The battery was changed in 2019 to a gel filled, deep cycle model.
*Water wetter in to help with cooling.
*Battery tender pigtail has been installed and is easy hidden during riding.
Performance Upgrade
*K&N high performance air cleaner.
The bike stock has around 200 horsepower and 125 foot pounds if torque, so it remains NOT a beginner bike. The Yamaha VMAX has always dominated the cruiser world and this bike holds the fastest production bike 0-60 record of 2.5 seconds. I love the bike and love the ride, I have never abused or laid this bike down. I did invest in the factory VMAX cover and this bike has never seen the rain and is polished often, making it very pampered.
MSRP on this bike is $22,999 and has the rare nebulous purple color. It remains the most expensive VMAX model to date and most dealers took a $1,000 deposit to order one.
