The Del Mar would hold interest as a fun light (ish) electric for urban adventuring, except for that price. For that amount of money I'd like some practical touches for carrying stuff built right in. BMW's admittedly odd-looking CE4 eScooter costs less, has range not that much less than is likely for the Del Mar, and has 30 liters of storage. And there are a slew of upsized electric bikes/mopeds that will be nudging into this bikes use-case. Most of those seem stuck in weird marketing / prelaunch / crowdfunding hellscapes, but nearly all, if realized, are proposed to undercut the Delmar significantly in price.
