		With the new V-Max debute it is obvious that it will not be a long time before the Royal Star's will be changing. But for now the Royal Star Tour Deluxe remains the same as it has been since 2005. A rock solid platform that has been built from the 1990s with a truly dependable 1298 CC engine 5 speed<span class="simple_review_box" >...</span><span class="expand_review_box" style="display:none;"> tranny and low to the ground cneter of gravity for an 800 pound machine. IT has creature comforts like an electronic cruise control as standard equipment. While some say it gets poor milage mine has gotten between 37-54 mpg. It rates at 98 hp which may be debatable but I know that it is a smooth and solid amount of power throughout the throttle. </span>
