hard to choose

I went out to look for a ride since being back from the military where I have been recuperating from wounds and injuries i find i can\'t shift and foot rest on the ground like i used too on a heavy bike. So I have been looking around for something easy to ride.. looked at the burgman 650 hard on my... pelvis that was shattered by a fragmented sniper round I ensued on the lighter scoots went to the local dealer in summerville sc and test drove the 2007 majesty..wow me and my girl zoomed down the road had it up to 75 quick and easy was very surprised and the acceleration.. i would recommend any vet to try if you have problems like I do and have i will buy soon as I get my second surgery done on my hip Read Full Review

Avoid this thing like the plague. If yours hasn't stalled, burned up, or flat out stopped all together yet, it will!! These things are the BIGGEST LEMONS ever produced, even the YAMAHA licensed mechanics can't fix them, by definition, that is a LEMON and subject to all lemon laws. The problems lie i...n the ECU, which is the brains of the entire bike, often times bad ECU's are replaced with "new" bad ECU's, suggesting? That these things are engineered bad from the fatory in JAPAN!! Don't be fooled, about the time the 1 year warranty expires (which is a joke, 1 year on a $6,000 vehicle) it will break, and you will be stuck with a $2,000 repair bill on a bike that could be just over 1 year old, with less than 1,000 miles on it. Awesome! I love my ride!

I have had my Majesty for 11 months and 11K miles. I have riden to work most every day since I have gotten it. I have riden from 13-107 degrees and have had no trouble with it. I am about 300lbs and have no trouble pushing it up to 115 to get around traffic on the interstate if I need to. I usually ...ride between 75-80MPH to and from work with no trouble at all. So far the only maintenance I have done is change the oil and put air in the tire. Oh yeah and I added a trunk case purchased online for about 60 buck from Whitney. Read Full Review

Underwhelmed!

I don't know why I did not buy a bigger bike - the Yamaha is underpowered and not very comfortable. I see that Yamaha brought over the TMAX and I might trade my Magesty in for it at the local dealer. Read Full Review
