Another bike -

I ride an FZ6 - I'm also 5'5" and on the search for the replacement of my Yamaha Seca II, which is 12 years old and still my favorite bike.

The FZ6 is a fun bike to drive, lots of power when I need it, very tourable - I strap a Wolfman Beta Bag on the back and away I go! It's fun on the twi...sties of southeastern Ohio, great fun driving through the mountains of Vermont and New Hampshire and putting my nose to the wind on the freeway.
When I get to a stop or need to move the bike, I have issues - when are the manufacturers going to make a sport tourer that isn't for a gorilla man with long legs and arms???? I've had the bike apart so many times to replace signals and other parts I can do it with my eyes closed. Every time I drop it, it's a slow speed issue or trying to move the bike.

Great Tourer and for sport

I own an FZ6 and its true that it lacks in instant punch and no mid range but I really like the bike because its comfortable, great for long distance, and alot of power to get you up to speed and play with the other sport bikes. You can buy aftermarket parts online and from England where the bike is... really popularand its worth doing. Read Full Review
