By  (I am an Owner) on Jun 16, 2013

  • Good Solid Bike
By  (I am an Owner) on Oct 17, 2012

Too bad Yamaha has discontinued this bike in 09 and replaced it with a belt driven 950. The 1100 is a good solid bike. It sat for 2 yrs while i had a back injury. I now have 9800 miles on it and nothing has been replaced. Regular oil changes with ...

This is a great bike ...

By  (I am an Owner) on Jan 08, 2009

My 2005 V-Star 1100 Classic now has upwards of 34,000 miles and is still going strong. There are loads of both factory and aftermarket accessories available to make it truly yours. I have ridden from NJ to Key West FL (And back) on one road trip, and to Atlanta GA on another. Bike loves long chunks ...
