  • Fun Bike
By  (I am an Owner) on Jul 07, 2010

My first experience with Triumph was in 1972. I was just discharge from the Marines and thought it would be fun to own a motorcycle. I purchased a brand new Triumph Trophy 500 and loved it. I owned it for five years before a wife and two small children took care of my riding days.

I had seen plenty of Yamahas, Hondas, Harleys but this was different. I was hooked! Six years down the line, ...

What I like the most is its ability to be a commuter, a cafe racer or a tourer with minimum fuss and fit right in. As stock its a great bike and with a few mods, it is just fantastic.

Thanks Triumph... a classic in every sense!
