Go your own way!
By (I am an Owner) on Aug 17, 2013If you're already looking at the Scrambler, you know you want something different. Or, you'd be riding your Harley right now. The Scrambler isn't a big heavy cruiser. It's not a lane-splitting crotch rocket either. It's got off road tires, high pipes, and long flat seat. What it does is get you down ... the road in style, without trying too hard.
It's that vintage retro leather jacket that you picked up at the thrift store for $20 that fits like it was made for you.
That's a Scrambler. And, if you don't get it its probably not the bike for you.

scrambler - not for the masses, but for the chosen few
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 28, 2008I purchased a scrambler in July after an acute episode of motorcycle fever.
the Scrambler appealed to me in two areas: it's retro look, and triumphs out of the norm biker image. Meaning it's not a generic rice burner, and it's not a I have no image, so I better buy a Harley. The bike reminds ... me of what I grew up riding, and of the riders I admired at the time (McQueen and Evil). The bike is not a cruiser nor a sport bike, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted a bike that I and my wife could ride in comfort on weekends in the smokey Mountains (where we live). The bike is strong and easy to ride, and I love the looks it gets, and the nods of approval from other riders.
