2009 Suzuki Boulevard C90

Been riding for over 30yrs, putting 20-40,000 km per year on my bikes, owned most major Jap cruisers, of which 3 were Suzuki. Currently have the C90 and is by far the most disappointing bike I've ever owned. Performance wise she is equivalent to a 350 Yamaha, Honda or Kawi. The gas tank is small ... for a cruiser providing 170-200km per tank, better use for coffee shop runs. I've had in for charging issues. Dealer claimed solution was to put bike on trickle charge nightly because that's the way it was with this model. Replaced the stator, finally corrected charger issues by bypassing a relay to correct that problem. The whole council needs to torn apart to change the spark plugs to the tune of 2+ hours. The filter is also located under the council. To change or add oil the side cover needs to be removed from the motor to access the filler pipe. It's a high maintenance bike. The bike also knocks like a diesel motor upon acceleration and I'm so disappointed with this bike and would never buy another one of these. This bike is ideal for a coffee shop run or a leisure ride for a biker putting upto 1000km/yr on the bike. If you're a serious rider this bike is definitely not for you.

Just loved this bike!!! I have the white/gray one and it rocks!!!! Forget about the HD branding and get a real bike + japanese enginnering!
