It goes and goes.

I bought my used 2005 S83 in August 2007. It had 6K miles on it and now I have a over 31K miles on it. I ride it to work almost every day. (25,000 miles in less than 2 years) The round trip is just over 72 miles and I enjoy every minute of it. It is dependable, comfortable, and very stable on th...e freeway. Plugs, oil, filters, brake pads and tires are the only maintenance costs so far. It starts without hesitation and runs smoothly. bought my s-83 used

I bought my suzuki in Ohio of october 08. I paid 4,000 for it brought it back to south carolina when it had 8,000 miles on it.I added a new exhaust to make sound louder.Added a windshield,chrome battery covers,a back rest a new lightbar and several odds and ends.I have over 25,000 miles on it in 2 y...ears.Been to 7 states including several rallys and the outer banks.never once had trouble with her.Been offered 5,000 to sell it...NO DEAL Read Full Review

Great bike- for the most part quite happy-

I purchased a new 2005 S83 in mid 2006. Bike is great- I have ridden 20 or so bikes over the years and this is among the top.



I would not recommend purchasing an extended warranty from a dealer. I can never determine how they figure what is covered and what is not. It cost me 2k and has been, so ...far, useless.

I bought my Suzuki Boulevard S83 new, in late 2005. Have worn out & replaced brake pads & tires, and have enjoyed doing so. The bike has been a pleasure to own. Read Full Review

STILL GOING STRONG

I bought an S83 with 15k miles on it about a year and 2 months ago. It now has about 47k on it and still runs like it did when I bought it. It does use some oil so I have to check it regularly, and you have to keep an eye on the brake fluid for the hydralic clutch, but other than that it runs great.... It is a great bike. The handlebar vibration is pretty good, but I have a throttle lock on it which is a must or it will put your hand to sleep. But I really like the bike. I ride it a 100 miles a day to work and back and it hasn't failed me yet. Knock, knock.(on wood). Read Full Review
